Recent Grants

Each year, the Aetna Foundation awards grants and sponsorships in our three program areas – Obesity, Racial and Ethnic Health Care Equity and Integrated Health Care.  The funding helps nonprofit organizations around the country promote wellness, improve people’s health and increase access to high-quality health care. 

Our funding supports:

• Research to deepen the knowledge about the causes of poor health outcomes and find solutions;
• Policy analysis to understand how courses of action influence people’s health and the health care they receive;
• Programs to help people live healthier lives.
