How do I start?

Can I review the application questions prior to filling out an application?
Yes. After you read our application guidelines and log in to the online application system, you can view the application form before you start to complete it. Remember, it is up to you to select the most appropriate application to use, depending upon the type of proposal you’re submitting.
Will I need to complete the online application all at once?
You may save a partially completed application and finish it later. To do so, you will need to re-enter the online portal with the e-mail address and password used to create the application. When you log back in, you will see a list of applications associated with your organization. Click on the application you would like to continue with.
Can I revise my application once it has been submitted?
No. Once an application is submitted, it can no longer be edited. If any information needs to be added or changed, contact us.
How will I know that you received my application?
After you click the submit button, you will receive an e-mail confirming that we received your application. You also will see the submitted application listed under "Submitted Applications" when you log in to the online portal.
Can I reapply if my proposal is declined?
We will not consider the same proposal a second time.
